Use the buttons on your telephone to make your voice mail experience more efficient

After you play a message...
3 Delete the current message
5 Keep the current message
7 Replay the message
4 Give to another mailbox or distribute (options)

CREATE VOICE MAIL
Select ( 5 ) from the main check-in menu. Begin speaking after the tone; press any key to pause. Then review, append or erase until you are satisfied.

When the message is satisfactory, select ( 4 ) to send. Enter a mailbox or distribution list number (1-9). Press ( # ) to end. Then select one of the following options:
  5 Confirm
  3 Start over
  9 Cancel your entry
  0 Get assistance from an operator

USER OPTIONS
Select ( 8 ) from the main check-in menu to change User Options.

  4 Change your (mailbox) greeting (instructions)
  2 Change auto-answer greeting
  7 Change your passcode (instructions)
  3 Edit (message) Distribution lists Use this option to distribute copies of your messages to other users on your lists (1-9). With this menu, give a distribution list a name, then add and delete mailboxes.
  9 Exit this menu
  0 Get assistance from an operator

CHANGE YOUR MAILBOX GREETING
From the Main Check-In Menu, select ( 8 ) to change User Options; then select ( 4 ) to change your mailbox greeting.

Then use the following options:

5 Save as "night" greeting (optional)

CHANGE YOUR PASSCODE
From the Main Check-In Menu, select ( 8 ) to change User Options; then select ( 7 ) to change your Passcode.

Choose a 1 to 10-digit number (4 digits are typically enough). For no Passcode, enter 0.

Enter your new passcode. Press ( # ) to end. Press ( * ) to start over. Then...

FORWARD TO ANOTHER MAILBOX
To send the message to another mailbox, listen to the message, then select option ( 4 ).

Before forwarding the message to another user (or distribution list), you may record a comment. Begin speaking at the tone; press any key to pause. Then choose an option:
